Profile of Nassau Attorney Paul Vesnaver
Paul Vesnaver was born in New York City in 1958. He attended Fordham University, where he received his undergraduate and law degrees. He joined a small New York law firm upon graduating in 1983. Mr. Vesnaver knew that larger law firms would offer a higher salary, but he chose a small firm in favor of getting trial experience as quickly as possible. The following year, he was admitted to the New York Bar on a Friday and selected his first jury the following Tuesday.
After three and a half years and many trials, Paul Vesnaver joined an insurance defense firm as a senior trial attorney. He gained valuable insight into the trial strategies used by insurance companies to deny injury claims. Recognizing his true calling, Mr. Vesnaver partnered with another lawyer in 1990 to form Davoli & Vesnaver, a successful plaintiff personal injury firm for more than 16 years. In 2007, he established the law firm of Paul Vesnaver, PLLC.
The firm is allied with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, an organization which reaches out to new practitioners of law and helps develop the next generation of skilled trial attorneys.
Mr. Vesnaver is fluent in Italian, and members of his staff are fluent in Spanish, Creole, and French.
